Christmas Lights

My lights are not plugged into the timer.

Many people do not want their lights to turn on until thanksgiving. Because plugging every single customer's lights in on thanksgiving would be impossible, we leave the timers plugged into the outlet. The timers are programmed, so don't unplug the timer. When you are ready for your lights to turn on, simply plug the cords back into the timer.

Do you do service calls?

Yes! We do free service calls to all of our Christmas light installations as long as the service call or repair does not require more than half of the lights to be re-installed. "Acts of God" such as a tree falling down and ripping your lights off are not covered in our guarantee. broken bulbs, minor repairs, and the like are included in your service and we would be happy to help should any of these needs arise.

When will my wreaths and garland be installed?

We begin installing daytime decor the day after Thanksgiving. If you would like wreaths or garland installed before Thanksgiving, please let the office know.

Will you install my pre-owned lights?

We do install customer - owned lights. The price of the install depends on the difficulty of your house and what shape your lights are already in. We do not guarantee the install of customer owned lights, and customers will be billed for any repair we do.
